Export Documentation

The paperwork the destination customs office will ask for, prepared before the unit ships rather than after it arrives.

What is prepared

  • ·Title, and clearing any lien recorded against it.
  • ·Bill of sale.
  • ·EEI filing through the Automated Export System where the shipment requires it.
  • ·The commercial invoice and shipping documentation the destination will ask for.

Why it happens first

A unit that reaches a port without its title is a unit sitting in a yard accruing storage while somebody in another country tries to fix it by email. The order of operations is the whole service.

What stays with you

Import duties, destination customs clearance, and any homologation your country requires are yours. We tell you what they are before you commit, and we work with your broker, but we do not file on your behalf inside your country.
